My Approach
I support people in individual therapy, mainly around the treatment of trauma and its consequences (depression, anxiety, self-confidence...) and also on suffering at work (burnout, harassment, stress, anxiety...) and the healing of its consequences on their balance.
I offer many tools and support: person-centered psychotherapy, heart coherence, mindfulness, NLP, EMDR, hypnosis and TCM (acupressure) to help you find a positive response to the problems you are experiencing.
I am very oriented towards brief therapies, and/or body-oriented therapies (acupressure). I prefer to focus on methods that restore energy and offer solutions quickly. When a person is faced with a difficulty, all the time they spend wondering why they are in this situation has two direct consequences:
1/ He is still in the same difficulty and continues to remain there.
2/ He consumes energy that he often no longer has and risks worsening his situation
I prefer to focus on how to get out of the situation. Later, when the person is stronger, and if absolutely necessary, there will always be time to explore the reasons why.
Positive and solution-oriented, this approach has the advantage of being faster than more "narrative" therapies. Because I distinguish between brief therapies and rushed therapists, I ensure that the work progresses at the pace of the client.
