Starting therapy is an invaluable gift you give yourself: it's empowering yourself to feel better, and above all, it's deciding to take care of yourself. After all, if you don't take care of yourself, who will? And who knows better than you what's best for you? There are times in life when difficulties are so overwhelming that nothing seems to work anymore, and the memory of times when you felt strong or confident seems distant. Sometimes, it's the very meaning of your existence, of your life, that is questioned and deserves a sure and lasting answer. Whether it's a profound or fleeting crisis, anxiety, anguish, existential doubt, or trauma... it's never too early or too late to give yourself the gift of self-care and the chance to take back control of your life.

For what reasons am I seeking help or support?

Stress, work on self-esteem, loss of self-confidence, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, grief, phobias, fear of abandonment, relationship problems, support during major life changes or existential crises...

Work on self-esteem

One of the mistakes in addressing self-esteem is believing that simply understanding the past and its causes is enough to change the present and future. Self-esteem problems stem from past behaviors that are ill-suited to the current situation. Taking action and practicing new behaviors are therefore fundamental: accepting oneself, taking care of oneself, letting go of judgment, speaking to oneself with respect and kindness, and overcoming self-harm or addictions are all practices that can be learned and experienced to enable lasting change.

Self-affirmation

Asserting oneself, speaking in one's own name, expressing one's own needs and desires, and claiming one's place is not always easy. It is sometimes so difficult that some of us have given up on this fundamental right. How can one live life when one cannot access one's own needs or desires because one cannot express them? How can one survive if one is so disconnected from oneself, or from a part of oneself?

It is possible to learn to identify and express your needs, and this can be very quick, provided you are accompanied in your quest, and that is what we offer you here.
