Who am I?
Trained in analytical psychotherapy (Master's degree in Psychoanalysis) and brief therapies (NLP, Hypnosis, and EMDR), as well as traditional Chinese and Tibetan medicine (acupressure), I support individuals in overcoming painful personal or professional situations and finding ways to live a happier and more balanced life. I provide individual therapy to adults and adolescents, primarily focusing on the treatment of trauma* and its consequences (depression, anxiety, self-confidence, etc.), as well as addressing workplace suffering (burnout, harassment, stress, anxiety, etc.) and healing its impact on your well-being.
I generally mix different approaches (TCM and psychotherapies), but on request I can favour one over another.
54 years old, father of 3 children, I was a business executive, human resources management consultant and professional coach, before becoming a therapist.
Passionate about my work, I deeply love it and must admit that I derive significant satisfaction from it. Firstly, because my job requires me to learn every day, and secondly, because seeing a man or woman grow and progress is an invaluable gift. It's the gift I receive from those I have the privilege of working with.
I am neuro-atypical (AUDHD), and i help to make these particularities more confortable to those who discover that they are neurodivergent (HIP, ADHD, AUTISM) or those who struggle every day for rare moments of serenity.
